PAYING FOR CARE
Unity Health on Main is proud to accept a variety of payment options.
We accept a number of health insurance plans to offset the cost of care. Alternatively, we offer a sliding scale to help you manage your payments.
In addition to accepting Medicaid, Medicare and Private health insurance plans, we also serve individuals that are not covered by health insurance. Patients are charged for services on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s family size and income. In accordance with Federal regulations, proof of income must be provided for the patient to be eligible for any sliding fee discount on services.
